the ripstick is possibly the best outdoor toy ever! It is so much fun and so easy! It took me half an hour to be able to use it.
On the dvd/ advert. you may notice the legs going forwards and backwards. But infact you only need to twist your feet for the forward motion. It’s really fun as i’ve learnt cool tricks within a week.
But when you set off make sure your feet are imbetween the tow wheels as you will fall off and hurt yourself quite badly!
I just love this thing!

Nonetheless, off he disappeared with his new toy and two hours later he returned asking me to "come and watch....." Amazed, I watched as he propelled himself along on a board that looked as flexible as a snake.....<br/>The board itself is made in tough flexible plastic and the wheels are relaceable if/when they become worn. I bought my 11 year old son this for his birthday and at first look it appeared an impossibility to even balance on, let alone ride. Nonetheless, off he disappeared with his new toy and two hours later he returned asking me to “come and watch…..” Amazed, I watched as he propelled himself along on a board that looked as flexible as a snake…..
The board itself is made in tough flexible plastic and the wheels are relaceable if/when they become worn. Designed in the U.S. for the U.S. they are best used on smooth concrete surfaces (which they have in abundance out there)….. I’d recommend this toy to any parent – but insist helmets and pads are worn whilst mastering the basics….

This one is brilliant! It is so comfortable and light. The main bonus for me is the sleeve length. It is slightly longer than other brands like Adidas, Nike, Ronhill by about an inch. This could be because of more material in the sleeve, or a different cut - I am not too sure.<br/><br/>Have been for a couple of runs with it now. I don't overheat like you can with other running jackets, and if it does get a bit warm you can just lower the front zip. There is a handy LED that clips onto the right sleeve. You can set it to flash or constant. It's very bright, and will help people see you in the dark; plus you can use it as a torch too. It can be re-charged via USB which is great!<br/><br/>Haven't had to run in any rain yet, so I can't comment on its water replency. I have been searching for a good running jacket for some time now. This one is brilliant! It is so comfortable and light. The main bonus for me is the sleeve length. It is slightly longer than other brands like Adidas, Nike, Ronhill by about an inch. This could be because of more material in the sleeve, or a different cut – I am not too sure.

Have been for a couple of runs with it now. I don’t overheat like you can with other running jackets, and if it does get a bit warm you can just lower the front zip. There is a handy LED that clips onto the right sleeve. You can set it to flash or constant. It’s very bright, and will help people see you in the dark; plus you can use it as a torch too. It can be re-charged via USB which is great!

Haven’t had to run in any rain yet, so I can’t comment on its water replency. (And remember to use non-bio washing liquid and no softner, otherwise you ruin the water replent treatment in the fabric).

Bought a seat for my 2 year old and VERY IMPRESSED.
It is built extrememly well. I have a manufacturing background and your kid is in no danger in this seat.
It is quality platics in the shell so stays firm, the padding is excellent quality even though I went for the basic model, and the bar is rock solid.
It makes the whole unit feel very secure and safe.
But the best part is being able to chat to my little boy when we go out.
I wish I had bought a year ago.
It guarantees on the box to git upto 4 years old, so I assume they now what they are talking about, but think it will be close with my boy as he is quite big.
Ther final bonus was getting the seat the day after ordering, well done Amazon.

BEST SEAT FOR KIDS, 2 July 2010

I have just bought my second Weeride.
I am now using with my second child, and my first child is still in the seat on his fathers bike at just over 4.
Not sure how the 2.8 year old below couldnt fit in, as my son is on 98%ile on NHS scale.
When I first bought I was worried about size as it looks small, but as the company give a money back guarantee if they dont fit at 4, I stuck with it.
And I was glad I did. Sizing is no issue and it is so much fun.
It attaches to the bike frame and not the handlebars so feels so much safer.
And I much prefer having my kids in front of me.
Its not cheap, but worth it for 3 years use.
